Welcome to GHA Homoeopathy . By accessing our services, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Product Information & Legal Disclaimer

  • Cosmetic Use Only: All products sold by the Store are strictly intended for external cosmetic, personal care, and beautification purposes.

  • No Medical Claims: While our formulations are inspired by homeopathic traditions, our products are non-therapeutic cosmetics. They do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, chronic skin disease, or ailment.

  • Allergy Warning: Natural and homeopathic ingredients can occasionally trigger personal sensitivities. We strongly advise performing a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin before regular use. The Store is not liable for individual adverse skin reactions, allergies, or misuse of products.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed are final prices in Indian Rupees (INR). 

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments must be settled through our authorized payment modes. We are not responsible for transaction failures handled by third-party payment gateways or banking channels.

3. Queries, Customer Support & Grievances

  • For any customer support, general queries, complaints, or feedback regarding our terms and products, kindly email us at gha.homoeo@outlook.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

2. Shipping, Dispatch Policy

1. Dispatch Timeline (Our 2-Day Promise)

  • Processing Time: We commit to dispatching all orders within 2 working days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) from the date of payment confirmation.

  • Daily Order Cutoff: Orders finalized before 2:00 PM IST enter processing on the same business day. Orders finalized after 2:00 PM IST enter processing the following working day.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once handed over to our shipping partners, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS. Final delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

2. Absolute No-Return, No-Exchange & No-Replacement Policy

Due to the strict hygiene, health, and sanitary standards required for cosmetics, personal care, and skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements under any circumstances once an order has been placed or successfully delivered.

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds/replacements if a product does not suit your specific skin type, if you dislike its texture or scent, or for any transit-related damage. Please review the listed ingredients carefully before purchasing.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once they have been processed or dispatched from our facility.
